Una vacanza da sogno .
Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nel giugno 2024. Il Resort è meraviglioso, imponente, circondato da palme e aree verdi curatissime. Il mare ha colori variabili, la spiaggia è lunghissima e con sabbia bianca. Le camere sono pulite ed ampie, le piscine bellissime ed impeccabili, così come la Spa, suggestiva e rilassante. Lo staff è gentilissimo ( Ali , il cameriere , davvero dolce e super cortese, così come Mohamed, l' addetto alle pulizie).
L' animazione è piacevole e mai invadente. Un grazie in particolare alla chef Valentina , che ha preparato ottime pietanza , che ci accolti sempre con disponibilità, professionalità e col sorriso. Un plauso a Sharif, guida, nonché egittologo, con cui abbiamo fatto l' escursione al Cairo( viaggio un po' stancante, ma ne è valsa la pena) x vedere le emozionanti Piramidi e il meraviglioso museo Egizio, reso ancora più coinvolgente dalle chiarissime ed esaustive spiegazioni di Sharif. Un saluto a kalas, che ha un negozio di spezie , creme ecc, persona gentilissima e comprtente.

Resort eccellente spiaggia paradisiaca tipo caraibi Maldive...ristorante eccellente cucina italiana...servizio ottimo al ristorante e in camera...pulizia ottima e profumo di pulito ovunque...che dire non riesco a trovare un difetto...super consigliato

Deludente
Ristorazione pessima, sono una che si adatta e non ha grandi pretese, ma ho girato tanti villaggi e una così poca varietà (tutti i giorni le stesse identiche cose sia a pranzo che a cena!!) e una così bassa qualità del cibo non le avevo mai viste!!
Animazione penosa, tutti ragazzini alle prime armi, la ragazza del fitness scordinata, gli spettacoli da oratorio!!
La continua e insistente richiesta di mance da parte di tutto il personale di servizio è stata insopportabile, ed è inaccettabile il fatto che se non glie la dai ti fanno i dispetti, tipo che non rifanno bene la stanza o fanno finta di dimenticarsi le cose.
Il villaggio è lontano da qualsiasi cosa, le poche escursioni a programma sono dei viaggi allucinanti, quindi non ne ho fatta nessuna (è fattibile solo il giro della città ma è orribile, quindi assolutamente non vale la pena!!)
Insomma salvo il mare bellissimo e il clima piacevole, le stanze e la struttura in generale sono belle e abbastanza pulite, ma non ci tornerei e non lo consiglio.

Vacanza Positiva
Abbiamo soggiornato dal giorno 18/06 al giorno 25/06 presso il jaz Almaza Beach resort. La struttura è pulita e molto ordinata. Il personale sempre gentile, e disponibile. Il cibo buono e di buona qualità, per essere in Egitto. La camera sempre pulita e ordinata. Il mare è davvero bellissimo, limpido e la spiaggia sempre pulita. Unica pecca i ragazzi della spa in quanto troppo insistenti. L'animazione positiva specialmente Patrick in quanto sempre disponibile e cordiale. Nota dolente l'animatore Andrea in quanto non predisposto per fare quella tipologia di lavoro, permettendosi confidenze mai date. Nel complesso una vacanza da rifare. Consiglio questa struttura a tutte le famiglie con bambini.

Un diamante
Tutto perfetto: il mare color smeraldo, lo staff di animazione Bravo, uno staff giovane ma sempre presente, preparato e mai soffocante, la varietà della cucina e la pulizia estrema della struttura. Nel corridoio fuori dalla nostra camera vi era Sheata, un ragazzo di una gentilezza e cortesia spaventose.
Impeccabile anche l’attrezzatura TecnoGym di una palestra fronte mare pazzesca e di un’ottima area wellness con sauna, bagno turco e idromassaggio. Apprezzati i vari bar con staff preparato per cocktail e non solo.
Le ragazze del miniclub hanno lasciato ricordi indelebili ai bimbi ma anche a noi genitori.
Un saluto ad Edoardo, Jerry e a tutti i ragazzi Bravo! È proprio vero, in Africa piangi due volte: quando arrivi e quando riparti!
